Where & How to Send Repairs

Sending in controls for repair is easy. No authorization (RMA) is needed. Just use a packing slip. Include your name and any other proper contact people, titles, e-mail addresses, street address, phone numbers (extensions if you use them) and fax number.

List the control(s) for repair, and if possible, include the problem you have with the control(s).

Make sure: Controls are packaged properly. Remember, extra work could mean extra repair cost. Often we receive controls in such bad shape due to improper or no packaging, they become not repairable.

After we receive your item(s) for repair, we will either fax or email you a quote for you to approve. No repairs are started without your approval.
